Senior Associate – Corporate Law
Location: Greater Noida
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Education: Graduate/ Post-graduate in Law from a well ranked Law School
What we are looking for:
Our firm is looking for experienced lawyers for our Corporate Division to manage a complex mixed
caseload of client matters and provide clients with high quality legal advice. Major
responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements/ documents, which inter alia include, term
sheet, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset
purchase agreements, joint venture agreement and others.
- To advise clients in different non-Tax laws including contract law, Companies law, FEMA and also
to ensure that contracts and other arrangements proposed by VR Law Solutions are compliant with
the
applicable laws.
- M&A and Transaction Advisory - Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and
Transaction Advisory.
- Liaise with Government departments and ensuring compliances in cases.
- Experience in areas such as Energy Law, Technology Law, Infrastructure, Constitutional Law would
be additional positive consideration.
Qualification & Experience:
- Should be a graduate/ post-graduate in Law from a premier institution like National Law
University (NLU), Symbiosis Law School, Jindal Global Law School, GLC (Mumbai), Campus Law
Centre (Delhi) only.
- Must possess post qualification experience as a practicing advocate of at least 3 years. We will
consider resumes of 3 years and higher.
- Must possess a high standard of written and spoken English.
